Key Ingredients
- Sonth (Zingiber officinale): It combats post-delivery weakness and helps to regain strength, energy and stamina.
- Chirayata (Swartia chirata): It is useful in constipation, upset stomach, loss of appetite, skin diseases etc.
- Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa): It has anti-inflammatory and digestive properties.
- Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia): Antioxidant and immunity booster.
Indications
Helps to relieve complications that occur after delivery like constipation, body ache, backache etc. Give all types of nutrition to infants through mother’s milk.
Dosage
2 to 4 teaspoonful after meals twice a day with equal quantity of
water or as advised by the physician.
This Kadha should be taken regularly for 10 days. Balant Kadha no. 3 is to be taken next.
